Maxthon (previously known as MyIE2) is a free web browser which uses Internet Explorer as graphic engine to render pages, although it powers up and add more functions than the common Internet Explorer by Microsoft.

It was one of the first browsers that added tab browsing, and now it also offers mouse gestures, a fast website visualization provided by Maxthon Smart Acceleration or the possibility of hiding banners thanks to Ad Hunter.

Remembering a website is easier than ever. Maxthon uses URL Alias, that means you can give a name to a certain website and when you type the name you have given to the website it will access it.

Auto fill-in is other of the improvements - Magic Fill- capable of recognizing the fields of the documents and fill them in.

In short, if you want to try a different web browser that works well, try Maxthon.
